中盟论坛2006年度最差用户通报

<P><FONT color=navy size=4>为了维护论坛的良好的氛围，针对2006年度及最近恶意群发垃圾帖子用户ID给予通报并永久封号处理，因群发垃圾对论坛管理和用户阅读带来诸多不便，中盟论坛对此不良行为将坚决处理，见一个封一个，群发帖子一律删除并不做任何书面通知，对恶意行为坚决通报，恶意IP坚决封杀！希望论坛管理员们群策群力，也希望得到用户们的支持也参与！</FONT></P>

最近广告实在太多了，每天都删除一大堆。烦人

<P>其他斑竹们都去哪了，N 年没看到人影了，建议老大召集下，讨论下论坛今年的运作问题，斑竹因为工作等各方面的原因不能保证天天在线，但是也要间歇性上论坛看看，管理下各自负责的版块，针对那些长期缺席的斑竹，该处理的就处理，不然论坛是做不好的！招募新斑竹工作也必须长期开展。</P>
